Students who complete Indiana State University’s BSN program can expect that they will be prepared to communicate, educate, and advocate within their field and will be equipped to pursue leadership roles in both direct and indirect nursing care environments.

This program is ideal for those applicants seeking eligibility to take the RN licensure examination, as this eligibility will be established through ISU’s baccalaureate track for licensed practical nurses. Students who choose to take this track via distance education are held to the same progression, retention and dismissal policies as students in the four-year baccalaureate program of study.
